Mark Etherden

As the 8-th of october draws closer for the Britton finals, I am very pleased with my gains this year. I am hoping to go on stage the top end of 15 stone. Stayin lean all year round will make life much easyer now not needing to go on the mad diet to lose 4 - 5 stone of fat and losing muscle on the process. I'm planning on comin in early and maintaining the condition for the show, giving me time to dry out and tweak the condition. Hopefully achiving a rock hard physique I know I have achived in the past. This show gives me the opportunity to show my best with no weight to worry about. Keep an eye on this site so I can tell you what supplaments I use to run down to the Britton finals.

All the best

As many of you know I have already qualified for the EFBB Brittish finals 2006 (this year as a heavy weight!) After failing to qualify last year in the light heavy weights I decided that was enough of that and I would compete as a heavy weight from now on. In my first show as a full heavy weight I was 96.8 Kg! that was 3 weeks after competeing in the Mansfield Classic at 89 Kg. So you can see how much muscle I was losing to compete at light heavy weight. I feel that I look a lot more balanced as a heavy weight and have recived some favorable coments. I am going to spend the next year adding as much quality muscle as possible and present it in october in the rock hard condition I am known for!
